Great people to work with, Kamron, Tyler, and Eric installed the hot tub, they were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

Finally broke down and bought the hot tub I have ALWAYS wanted. From our purchase with help from Bubba to a quick delivery and instillation by Kameron and Tyler. These guys were so great at getting the hot tub in the patio that had not much extra space to spare! They were careful of doorways and walls. Their quick set up and full instructions on how to care for the hot tub was great. You guys are awesome thank you so much! Just had the techs come out for an electrical issue, Aiden and Danny were great, I had a bunch of questions I forgot to ask during installation and ALL my questions were answered, turns out my issue was a bad breaker installed by an Electric company. I can’t say enough good about Youngs they are so kind and have the best staff. Thank you so much to all of you!

Todd was great when we came in to look at hot tubs. He wasn’t pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and gave us so much information. Kamron and Tyler were also great when delivering and installing. They were on time delivering and took the extra steps to ensure our hot tub was exactly where we wanted it to be. They walked us through how to operate everything. Also, they gave us detailed information on how and when to use the enzymes we purchased from Young’s!

What a great experience. It all started the day we bought it. Bubba was super friendly and informative. On delivery day, Kamron and Tyler, were there first thing in the morning. They were super friendly, patient, and informative. They had our hot tub set up and ready to go for us. Gave us great instructions on the chemicals and operating the hot tub. I highly recommend Young’s Hot Tubs and their employees.

Finding the right spa for our family led us to purchasing through Youngs Hot Tub Sales. We were pleased with the sale of the spa itself and the installation. Now that we've had our spa for awhile, of course something eventually goes bad and maintenance is needed. I had contacted Youngs who sent out Aiden and Eric; service techs with Youngs, to test different things out. They determined the issue, let me know that it was still under warranty. They ordered the necessary parts and said they'd be back to install the new part when it arrives. I have been happy that we chose to go with Youngs from the start but having the pleasure of having two technicians who were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with their diagnosis was the icing on the cake!
