I went in this past tuesday and was amazed by the entire experience. I loved it so much, i kept telling myself to google review it during the massage lol. This massage was a real experience. I've gone to massage envy for the last year, maybe 1.5 years and it's nothing like this. Over there you don't know if they'll cancel last minute, anything other than oil on your body is extra, you only get water to drink and your massage it cut to 50 minutes for a 60 minute and 70 minutes for a 90 minute. Because of "dressing time". This place gave me a FULL 90 minute massage, warm hand mask and foot mask during the massage. She then brought in the hot stones and used those for the other half of the massage. Then she came in with a hot cloth and put it around my feet, arms and my back. Flipped me over and added some weighed pillows to my limbs and my core. The therapist got into places i had struggled with for years. Muscles on the side of my spine, she dug in there and separated whatever built up tissue was preventing my neck and shoulders from moving. I don't know if she used her thumb or elbow for my mid/lower back, but i have struggled with this area for years. I'll go periods of being unable to walk because of it and have feared anyone touching it or putting pressure on it. She put her thumb/elbow into it and released so much tension. I was scared at first about the outcome but i immediately felt muscles in my pelvis and legs releasing. After my massage i was offered complimentary drinks and snacks from their cooler up front. The receptionist made me a goody bag of snacks from china. I loved it so much, i booked for next week and bought a gift card that i might use for myself LOL. That's how good it was. I'm telling you guys, you're going to the wrong places. Places that don't care about you, only your money. Massage envy cancels last minute on the customer repeatedly and all we get is a "sorry".. but when we cancel, we get charged the full massage. They charge for everything but water. Every add on it 15 dollars or more. 15 for oils and lotions, 30 for rtf gun.. Honestly it's not worth it compared to this place. Please visit, please visit, please visit! Oh, speaking of charging. Massage envy charges 128+ (not considering tips) an hour for a basic massage. The therapists are weak. The pressure is off. The receptionists don't care. I don't think i'll ever go back over there unless it's to finish using my credits. You guys seriously need to come visit this place. You'll love the atmosphere, the massage, the experience. It's 70 for a 1 hour massage and 100 for a 90 minute. I went in for a 90 minute and am seriously considering doing this atleast once a week but worry i might weird them out lol. Please visit this place. They are amazing!

My husband Chuck and I booked a couples massage here while vacationing in Erie Pa. Oh my we have never had such an excellent massage as we got here. They were very professional and friendly. The couple massage room was very private and the facility is clean and inviting with tranquil music. We will definitely be back when visiting again. Will spread the word. ❤️

This was my first time here. Have heard others talk about how great it is. My step sister was in town from California so we decided to give it a go on this dreary day. We did the 1 hr Swedish massage and it was AWESOME!! I’ve had a lot of massages and I was SO impressed with everything here!! Inside is clean. Decor is bright and cheery. Employees are SO friendly! And very accommodating. While we waited our turn we were offered drinks and snacks all free (a great variety) Our massages were wonderful! Warm blanket. They used hot stones. Put warm covers in our eyes. Put gloves on our hands and feet filled with lotion that made them so soft. It was a wonderful experience. And the price!!! Wow! Great prices!! A must try. You will not be disappointed!! I plan to go again in the very near future! Thank you 99 Relax for a great experience!! 😊

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The warm blankets, warm eye mask, gloves, socks, and hot stones made it incredibly relaxing and cozy. The massage itself was exactly what my sore muscles needed — the pressure was spot on and felt intentional, not rushed. I walked out feeling completely relaxed and actually recovered. You can tell they truly care about comfort and the experience. I will absolutely be back.

Best 60 min foot & hand massage with reflexology I have ever had! Highly Recommend, we just were walk ins and they accommodated us right away. My daughter had a 60 min full body massage best ever! They go above and beyond. And you leave with a drink and snack! How much better does it get? And the price is beyond reasonable.
