Presque Isle Hot Tubs

Ryan is very helpful, took the time to explain everything about our new hot tub . This is the 2nd time in 20 years we purchased from presque isle hot tubs and will always recommend them.

Our experience with Presque Isle hot tubs was exactly why we went with a local company who has been in the area for a long time, amazing product with amazing service. The hot springs product they sell is just the best. In my case I wanted the salt system they offer. The hot tubs are just amazing quality and to pair it with the great service offered, there is no reason to look anywhere else. Installation was done in just a few hours and everything was explained well, if there are any questions it is easy to talk to a real person too. No issues at all with our new hot tub, Very happy!

Ryan went up n above to make us happy. He not only fix what previous electrician did, he came after working hours to do this. Hats off to you Ryan!

Not only did they answer the phone before they were technically open for the day, Anthony gave me troubleshooting tips for my hot tub that was tripping the breaker. His experience was very clear with his detailed instructions step by step to diagnose my problem over the phone. He helped me order the correct replacement parts online to stop the mark up he would have to place on it if he ordered it through the store. He not only saved me a service call and the parts markup ...but he did all of this for a hot tub that wasn't one of the hot tub lines that he sells.
