Colley's Pools & Spas - Erie

Came in for some advice because I just got a new house and it came with a hot tub. I showed up a just before closing (which I know can be really annoying) but they still made me feel super welcome. The assistant manager listened to my concerns and offered great advice. This is 100% the kind of customer service that keeps good customers loyal. I'll be back!

Michele has been helping us for 22 years. Every experience has been positive professional and customer centric. I would not go anywhere else and highly recommend this store

I bought a pool from here in 2020. I bought their top of the line because I wanted the best warranty. In 2022 (August) the wall around the skimmer buckled. I used their recommended installer. There are only adults who use or have access to this pool. They sent someone to look at it and said it was due to either ice build-up (in August) or someone jumping off the rail. They did not honor the warranty. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Please do not buy from here. Also, just for added injury, their district manager was nasty and condescending from the first second he spoke to us because we had the audacity to question why they wouldn't honor what we paid for.

I have worked with Colleys for years and can’t say enough about their service. Michele Erickson is very friendly and knowledgeable in getting things done. James, who is head of service along with Michele is always responsive, friendly and helpful in giving advice on how to solve problems whether it is the pool or hot tub or coming to make a repair.
