When she left for work this morning, a relative accidentally left without her house key. We called a hardware store we were familiar with and asked for a referral for a reputable locksmith. Though the lock was a little difficult to undo, within about 10 minutes he opened the door for us and we were able to retrieve the house key to return to the very grateful owner.
