Needed a new weed trimmer head so I wanted to get an easy load one. I had to wait for the Department employee for about 10 minutes, he was filling propane tank. All was good when he came in and got me one for my model trimmer. Than at checkout they were making keys so that took another 5 minutes. All things considered they always are considerate and helpful.

how are you going to have a hardware store and have so many limited hours. most people don't even get out of work at the time you close. Kennedy's will have my business from now on. thank you for making my decision easier.

A little expensive for a lot of things, but it a good place to stop in quick to grab some things I don't want to drive to far to get. Paying a little more for something can often offset to cost of gas in the vehicle. I always get good fast help here, which is often important to me.

I was walking to my bank, but had to tinkle. I asked if I could use your bathroom. I was on foot. Great customer service! If I need hardware, I'll shop at that True value store! Thanks again!

Our son purchased a new commercial grade stihl weed trimmer there. They are an authorized dealer, We also bought the stihl oil they recommended. Approximately 30 days later the machine was running poorly. When we returned to see if we could get I fixed the guy said it would be a couple weeks!!. We explained it was for needed for his business and had a full schedule. Sorry, was all the ding dong had to say. Was absolutely useless. We left it there all day and they never even looked at it. He offered no advice...just sorry. We have filed complaint with Stihl
