Window Town of Erie

Great overall experience with Window Town. Product looks great and modernized our house big time! Harry in sales was extremely helpful in getting me any info that I requested in a very swift manner. Multiple quotes on style/design, any questions asked, and prompt with all requests, even on weekends! The installer/technician Glen was LIGHTNING quick and efficient on the install, even down a crew member. They had 15 windows done by 1:30 including removal of the old windows, install/capping of the new windows, and cleanup! Attention to detail was great. Much appreciated work Window Town. Keep these guys on your team for sure!

I had almost every exterior window replaced a few months prior by Window Town of Erie but elected not to replace the front picture window at the time. As this feature was one of the reasons I purchased the house. However, over the summer I had discovered the window had rotted from underneath and beyond repair. On installation of the other windows I then ordered the replacement front picture window. Both installations were professional and met with courteous service. From the sales experience, install and post installation questions we received great service! Highly recommend, great value and quality.

Very happy with Window Town and the windows installed...the install crew were very kind..took time to answer questions that we had about the install. They left the facilty clean...took all the old windows with them...thanks guys for a great day!! Our salesman, Harry Silverman did an awesome job along with all the contact people involved.

From the start it was an easy process, and quick. The windows took about 3 weeks to be made. As soon as they were done, i got a call to have them put in about a week later. Everyone we have dealt with )from the salesman, the guy who measured the windows, and Donna) have been friendly and great! The crew that put the windows in were great. They were on time, friendly, and cleaned up nicely. The job was done quicker than I thought it would be for 13 windows. Definitely recommend them!
