Wonderful to work with. I have made two orders recently and will definitely call again in the future. I'm loving the trusscore for finish work instead of drywall. They made the order process easy, and had flexible payment options. I was able to pay with my card or a check on delivery. They were quick to fill the order; I had my order within the week. They make you out to be a criminal if you try to return something. I'll stick to Carter Lumber from now on

We had some building plans and materials list created by their design guy at the Peach St Showroom. When we ordered the supplies to be delivered, some of the materials were not what we thought they would be. A simple miscommunication on our part. Within a matter of a few hours the proper materials were delivered. As it turned out, through my error, the wrong color of materials was delivered which I didn't find out until later. They fixed my error and delivered the correct materials. I cannot begin to tell you how grateful we are for these people. I don't know if we would have saved money by going to a big store. But I know for sure we would not have gotten the excellent customer service we received from Frontier . I woukd especially like to thank Gary, Mike and Drew who truly went above and beyond. I would recommend them to everyone.

We stopped to talk with them about matching new baseboards to the original baseboard in our 136 year old house. He gave us some advice and told us what we would need to take the next step. Friendly knowledgeable service.
