August 2023, I contacted Terry at Penn Glass to fabricate and install custom shower glass and repair three windows. As of July 13, 2024, the shower glass is not complete. The three windows were repaired in May 2024, however, the window casings were damaged as well as our hardwood floors. The shower glass has been reordered three times due to the incompetence of Penn Glass. Terry and John have repeatedly lied to us, ignored phone calls, voice mail, email and text messages. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and contact another company. Additional photos of the shower door falling out of the clamps--the shower has never been used.

Had a glass door installed . Looks great. upon completion they were paid in full cash. Big mistake I go upstairs to put the bathroom items back in the room only to find my brand new bathroom has a towel rack yanked out of the wall. I called and was greeted with a puzzled don't know how this happened. we were nowhere near it. the door they installed was 1 foot from sait towel rack. Terry comes out looks at it and says I will have to come back with tools to fix this. still waiting 4 months now. Had I seen this before paying him I would not have paid until this was resolved. The glass door they installed is great. The towel rack WAS great.

Super fast, very warm and professional. And so inexpensive! I needed an additional shelf in my medicine cabinet and they took care of it. Check them out!

Called on a Thursday, I'm told they'll be at my house the following Monday. Monday comes around, no show. I call the next day and am told she didn't see my paperwork and she would call me back, no call back. Call the day after that, am told they will be here Thursday or Friday, NO SHOW BOTH DAYS. I call back the Monday after(1 week from when they said they'd come originally) am told they don't have my paperwork. Absolutel sham company!
