I did a lot of research on window companies, and EZ seemed to be a good company with a decent window that didn't cost an arm and a leg. After signing an agreement to replace all the windows in my house, I didn't hear from them again until I called them 3 weeks later to see what was going on. I got some story about people on vacation and and someone would be in contact with me etc. Long story short no one contacted me unless I reached out to them first and after almost 2 months of waiting to just have someone come measure my windows, I called it quits. I didn't even hear back when I left a voicemail and email to let them know I was thinking of terminating our agreement. Bottom line, it seems like they don't care about their customers or losing business 🤷🏼♀️
