A Happy Customer From the first phone call and visit, the Braendel Company was friendly, accommodating and professional. Dennis listened to my needs and vision for my total kitchen and basement remodel. One important reason I will have Braendel's company do work for me again is that Dennis kept checking the job site and contacting me to ensure I was happy with the progress. Ben and Greg worked tirelessly to bring the vision to life. Their communication and attention to details are superb. Ben kept in constant contact with me and making sure everything was done how I wanted it. Ben suggested a few details that I would have never thought about. For example, making the plug for the TV in the middle of the wall so the cords don't show and making sure the water line running above the basement drywalled ceiling being in one piece so that there is no need for access on that side of the basement. In the kitchen he made the the custom shelves strong and beautiful. From the beginning to the final product, everyone at this company was friendly and efficient.

The changed our bathroom for the better. We had a different company come in to renovate the bathroom and we lived with the outcome but were not the happiest. With recently needing to change the bathtub to a walk-in shower we opted to give Braendel a call. There were some obstacles that came up in the process but they worked with us to make adjustments and help get us a beautiful walk-in shower that we are so pleased with their work and the shower that we wished we had them do the renovation a few years ago. Branden was super friendly, very informative, and did beautiful work. We would highly recommend them!

I am super duper happy with our results. They let me make decisions but gave me advice/guidance throughout. We have 3 little kids and their suggestions often were made with them in mind. It was essentially a gut job and they were able to easily handle every aspect quickly and beautifully. I would recommend them to anyone and I’m confident I’ll be calling them again for our next job. Quality work and super reasonable rates.

This summer we had a deadline to get an extensive amount of work done to our house. 10 minutes after filling out a short questionnaire online regarding our needs Mr. Dennis Braendel (senior) pulled into my driveway. He grasped the urgency we felt and was very reassuring that he would get the job done within the time frame. One call really does it all. Within a week Kenny had the whole exterior power washed and beautifully stained. Being a perfectionist, Dennis Sr. also had him paint some aluminum siding for free that I wasn’t going to bother with. The roof was also cleared of 20 years of moss and at least 15 feet of shingles were replaced. Incredibly and thanks to Dennis Jr. the color of the new shingles matched that of the original ones which were at least 40 years old. It’s impossible to see where the work was done. They also replaced and stained a beautiful wooden screen door on the porch, patched holes in the chimney made by woodpeckers and wood bees. One worker graciously replaced some hard to get to recessed lightbulbs inside the house because I was hesitant to go up that high on a ladder. These talented workers showed up at 8 am sharp every morning and worked hard all day. They obviously enjoyed working together as a team, each employing their own unique craft each one an expert in their field. The price was right especially compared to estimates from other companies who wanted more money for doing less. No job too big no job too small. In fact my mailbox needs replaced and Braendel services is who I’m going to call.

The workers were polite and friendly. We appreciated that they worked with us when it came to our dogs, they would work inside while they were outside. They went above and beyond with a monster metal swing, which my husband wanted and our autistic adult son is really enjoying. There is no way he will tip over this one.
