On a bus tour at Presque Isle State Park, our bus got stuck while backing up to turn around in a parking area that was grass but wet. Robert came, took his time to assess the situation, carefully hooked a heavy duty chain under the bus and used the winch to slowly pull it out of the muck. He got a resounding sea of applause from 56 Master Gardeners who gathered from across PA for the educational tour of the Park. He was courteous, professional and efficient. If this is typical of all West County Towing employees, I would never hesitate to call them and even request them If I use my AAA service.

West County helped us out last minute with a tow. Prompt service and great explanation as to what was going to happen. Chris especially was great to work with and even helped to take care of the car keys once our car was dropped off at the local shop. Payment was smooth. Appreciated!

Watch out they will send a 80,000 pound tow truck down i90 at 80 miles and hour. You call a report it get rold oh he's going to an emergency but state law say unless you have an emergency vehicle plate you are not exempt from the laws. If you call and report you will get told a bs reason for them speaking. I hope they get a flat and shove it in a ditch. There is no reason for this bs

Robert was able to pick up our van within 15 minutes after calling. He was very friendly and got it moving right away. He was also considerate enough to recommend we try to submit a towing claim to our insurance to potentially get reimbursed for some or all of the towing fee. Definitely recommend if you break down in west county.
