The payment experience is sketchy as they prefer venmo for cashapp, cash is also accepted. The driver reached out to me to let me know that he would be at my location in 10 to 15 minutes. 25 min later he said it'll be another 10-15 min. After that time had elapsed I decided to return home and I let him know that they can call me when/if they arrive. They quoted me $150, but between the two transactions I closer to $170. The driver let me know that he would put the key in the box at the garage he was dropping it off at. He also confirmed when delivery was complete. The next day, today, I went to check on my vehicle to find that the key was left in the ignition with the doors unlocked. I text the owner to let him know that I wasn't happy and he replied, "He must’ve forgot, mistakes happen. I had many deliveries to our shop with keys in the ignition, windows down, doors unlocked." And followed up with, "What’s the concern here ?". I told him, "That was my concern..." Next time I won't ask Google for a cheap tow near me. I would like to add that the owner worked with me to accept Paypal because I don't deal with venmo or cash app and did not have cash on me and they did get my vehicle to the proper destination and parked nicely in a proper place. That would be the limit of the good for the experience I had with them.

Called these guys for a tow and a couple of tires. They were quick getting to me and quick getting me back on the road at a very good price. Definitely recommend.

Michael came to the rescue with in 25 minutes, our van started overheating while driving on 90. He towed us back to his shop, got us parts in right away, fixed it within 2 hours we were back on the road. Thank you !
