Skip and his team completed a bathroom remodel at our home in Erie in March 2022. The team including Skip (owner), Alison (Designer) and Jake did an excellent job. The planning process was very thorough. Alison provided a detailed rendering of the design and offered a number of helpful suggestions on materials, colors, lighting, etc. Our house is older and (during the demo) they uncovered several structural issues with the original construction and a previous bathroom renovation and explained how they were able to rectify them. Skip communicated with us continuously throughout the project to show us the work-in-progress, make minor design decisions, etc. The final product was impeccable with impressive attention to every detail. Throughout the project the team made a special effort to keep the house clean (way beyond any other contractor we have used). We strongly recommend Skip Knoll Inc.

Connecting with Skip and Allison was a divine appointment from the Lord. I was remodeling my Kitchen and master bathroom. I received a quote from another company and just wanted to get a comparative bid. I contacted Skip and he was immediately very helpful. He was upfront in telling me that with his current workload he could not meet my timeline but would be happy to assist with design, layout, and purchase of cabinets. After consultation, visit to my home, and guidance on how to change the current layout, we started. I decided to do the work myself with the help of a good friend. Skip and Allison were amazing through the entire process. Always responsive and gave us professional assistance all along the way. The bathroom and kitchen turned out amazing!! Skip has been very hands-on throughout the entire process of replacing our sliding back door. He coordinated with the wonderful Pella rep to give us a reasonable estimate and get the project moving quickly. His team are friendly, beyond professional and VERY detail-oriented; they went so far as to fix our old door for free until the new one could arrive! They've done wonderful work on a surprisingly complicated project - definitely one we couldn't have tackled without them. I've loved the work they've done in our neighbor' homes and looking forward to the kitchen, deck, and other plans we've made with Skip!

I had spoken with two other local contractors about remodeling a mid size full bath before I contacted Skip Knoll Inc. The difference between the first two contractors’ professionalism and Skip Knoll Inc. was like night and day, Skip Knoll Inc. being day. Skip listened to me define my vision while he refined my vision with the missing details needed to see the bigger picture with improved clarity. A short office visit and shower blueprint later, Skip Knoll Inc.’s artist were at work bringing our combined vision to light. From start to finish Skip and his artist, as I like to call them, put together a masterpiece spa like bathroom that is like stepping into another world in my very own home. I asked for subtle zen, I got subtle zen, down to the grain of the shower tiles running in the direction of the water flow towards the drain and dimmable lighting. All said and done, I am very happy with the finished product. Skip Knoll Inc. worked with my already made product choices as well as some purchases made through their showroom. When I do decide to remodel the master bath, I will be calling upon Skip Knoll Inc.’s crew of artist to carry out my vision once again. Thank you Skip, Joe, Nick, Alison and that dude who perfectly hung that crazy big glass shower door with Nick. This bathroom is awesome!
