JUST GUTTERS of NWPA, Inc

My husband and I choose Just Gutters of NWPA to do the work on home because Greg is the most experienced gutter guy in the Erie area. He is honest and gives fair pricing. We planned our job well in advance. We had no problem getting our quote. The work was done on the expected timeline. We know this company is busy and in demand because Greg & his crew do a great job! If you want work done right, choose Just Gutters.

Less than zero rating. Poor customer service. Will not stand behind contract. This company installed gutters at our business. We had heated wire running through the old gutter to reduce the risk of freezing. When the new gutter was installed, the wire was cut. A short piece left on the ground. The contract clearly states that the wire exists and would be reinstalled by Just Gutters. This was not the case. The very expensive wire went missing leaving us with a major ice problem.

The process took MONTHS for Greg to finally complete the job. The job itself and the gutters are very nice. I followed up with Greg because I wanted the rest of them replaced. A YEAR LATER and many calls to him I received an estimate for the remaining gutters. I called him to talk about the estimate and to proceed. I finally got him to call me back-he didn't know who I was initially and said oh ya, let me call you back. This was MONTHS Ago. I was prepared to place my deposit. It is astonishing to me that someone in the business of making money and retaining their clientele would treat their clientele in such a despicable way. And it looks like by many of the less than stellar reviews I am not alone here.

I received a quote from Just Gutters and Greg took me through everything. He showed me areas of concern, explained my current situation and what products he uses. Greg listened and was responsive. Install was quick and the guys were so nice, funny and professional. I appreciated that they were so clean and picked up all the debris from taking down the old gutters. I would highly recommend based off of my experience this week!

I has checked several options for gutters, i would say the "Just Gutters" is the best as quality and price. I deal with Greg. Yes, sure, you need to call a few times to show that you are serious, not just curious. The guys are busy... simply because they are the best. Greg, thank you!
