Window World of Erie

The whole process was smooth, not a hitch. I liked the salesman, the installer and the gal running the office. I like my windows and I had 2 new storm doors put in and I liked them, too. I know this sounds to good to be true, but it honestly is how I feel. Would deal with them in a heartbeat. Well oiled machine.

The ordering process was easy, given my special circumstances, and very friendly. The updates along the way were timely and made me feel that I wasn't "lost" in a sea of customers. They worked with my target install date, and nailed it. The install crew was very friendly, professional and tidy. I would highly recommend Window World of Erie. I would also like to add that I used a Window World in Virginia for whole-house window replacements, they also were fantastic to work with throughout the process.

Window World did a stunning job with our windows. We are very satisfied with the finished product! Before we had windows that didn’t even open, but now we do and just in time for the summer breeze. Everyone that we spoke to from Window World was extremely professional, kind and helpful and I mean everyone from the salesman that came to our house to discuss the options available, to the service representatives over the phone and the installers. I will recommend them for years to come. Well worth the money!!!!!

UPDATE!!! Window World ordered replacement part that had broken away and had an installer come to our house and install. I am very pleased with the Customer Service I received and how quickly they handled my situation. I definitely recommend Window World for any window/door replacement you may need. Very pleased. I had Window World replace a sliding patio door in our home. Upon installation last summer, the sliding patio door that was ordered was the wrong one, did not fit. The workers went to the warehouse and got another patio door and installed that one, even though it did not have the same specs as the one I ordered. A few weeks later the trim was coming apart. So someone came out and just screwed it together. I was very unhappy with this. Now the screws came out, not sure when, but I noticed cold air coming in the house from the door. Also condensation between the glass from day 1. This is not acceptable and would like this resolved with a new door that does fit. Thank you in advance.
