I called in the morning because the cables broke on my garage door. Their technician John Smalls was there to fix my door within a few hours. He had my door fixed in a very short time. He was very knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Plyler for their excellent and fast service.

Had some issues with my garage door. Called up got an appointment for the next day. They came out and fixed the door in less then an hour. Jeremy was great polite and professional. Had multiple solutions and options that fit my current budget. Would 100% recommend for garage fixes.

From the consultation to the installation I was very impressed with how friendly, easy to work with, and timely the whole process was. Our garage door also came in under what I expected to pay price wise! The consulter drew up our estimate so easily and answered all of my questions - he was very knowledgeable about design details to help guide my indecisiveness. Our door was estimated to be installed in October but it came in early and we got it in September. The installers were very friendly and professional. They changed the location of the windows multiple times for me (happily) so I could see what I liked better and even offered to leave it one way and come back another time to change it if I decided I didn’t like it. The door is beautiful and I’m beyond happy with our purchase! We are in the middle of upgrading the outside elements of our house and I couldn’t be happier with this door and the people from Plyler that were part of the process!

John was on time, professional, and did an exceptional job installing my opener. He also took the time to ensure everything looked great and cleaned up when he was done. I definitely recommend this company. Well worth the price.
