Appointment over the phone was great, he was super friendly. The day of the appointment he was a no call no show. We rescheduled for the next day, he examined our garage door, said he'd be in touch, he never got back to us, this is week 2. Highly disappointed since the reviews were great. We will be going with someone else to resolve our issue.
