The team came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, recommended an eventual upgrade, then expertly repaired the door. I will definitely use this company when it's time to upgrade the door mechanism. Excellent work. (Note: I wrote this in July but forgot to press "Post" -- Update Oct 2025: We needed a new opener system ---they came right out. They went above and beyond what we asked them to do. American Overhead Doors and Service did an excellent job at installing our new garage door opener and servicing our garage door. Terry was incredibly responsive from the very first call, and communication throughout the entire process was clear, friendly, and professional. Terry and Derek arrived on time, explained everything, and had our garage door working perfectly in no time. And we have to say—we love their trucks :) Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this company enough. I had an after-hours problem with one of my overhead doors. Terry personally answered the phone after-hours and was courteous and professional. Derek came out early the next morning (it wasn't a true emergency) and you could tell right away he knew what he was doing, he fixed the problem very efficiently.
