I bought a house in August and my sump pump stopped working, the original guy who put in it ghosted me. My friend suggested to have Klein come look at it so I put a request in and Brian called me the same morning. He came to look at it and replaced it all within a couple of days. I would 100% recommend!

Klein continues to honor/service their work for over 25 years! We moved into a home that Klein installed a French drain system in the basement in the year 2000. We were able to seamlessly transfer the warranty from the previous owner into our names. Brian personally came to our new home and showed us how our system works and gave tips for upkeep. He even walked the outside perimeter of our home to educate us on some improvements that we could do ourselves to prevent water from entering our basement at all. We have asked questions here and there over the past couple years and our phone calls are always returned promptly with a knowledgeable answer. Recently a dehumidifier that Klein installed for the previous owner was leaking. Brian explained to me on the phone that the issue was likely a clogged house and he detailed how to fix the issue. When we weren’t quite able to solve the problem on our own, Brian stopped over and fixed the hose in less than ten minutes. Our family loves the Klein team! Even our five month old baby loves Brian. Highly recommend!

Jim & Brad from Klein did excellent work replacing our shower pan with stone to match the existing tile work. They were professional, punctual, and left the work area very clean. They exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Klein (in particular Jim & Brad) for any home projects.

Additional Review 11/12/22 - Klein Saves You Money !!!! This is our third review for Klein Home Solutions. After taking care of our basement system and garage side door drainage, we experienced an external above ground water issue in our front yard. The reaction time from Doug (owner) and Brian (sales mgr.) was expedient and outstanding in addressing the issue. Brian gave us a quote (on the spot) and quite frankly, gave us a break for a cost effective solution. The job was scheduled ASAP! The service crew (Zach and Ben are the best) came out and to our surprise, found the cause and the quick fix solution and contacted Brian. They determined the extra work was not needed, fixed the problem and saved us money. My wife and I truly appreciate the Klein's outstanding customer service and dedication for showing true concern for their customers. We trust and love Klein for their service and so will you. After installing our basement system (please see 1st review) Klein's crew installed a new basement door and completely rebuilt and reinforced our side retaining wall. They even came up with a drain system that connected to our existing catch drainage. A job well done. Klein Home Solutions does top quality work! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and hard working. They do not cut any corners. Brian truly goes above and beyond. He is also honest. He will tell you if something truly needs fixed. I no longer get quotes from any other company when it comes to basement, bathroom, or kitchen! Highly recommend Klein to everyone!
