The only dentist who I enjoy going to visit! While I grew up with neutral feelings about dentist visits, this changed as an adult after rude doctors, rough hygienists, and some cavities developed that required filling and therefore needles. All of this led to extreme anxiety and putting off basic dental work for years. Enter Dr. Palermo and her kind staff - they changed my approach to dentistry through their kindness, gentle ways, state-of-the-art technology and perhaps most importantly NO NEEDLES or novocaine for my fillings. Their technique is simply magic. You have to try it for yourself to believe it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. There is no other dental office like this in our area. I have been Dr Palermos patient for about a dozen years. She is truly a delight. She is highly pro patient and spends time explaining oral issues that the patient might have. Her equipment is always updated and top of the line. Her knowledge of oral medicine is outstanding and she is a highly skilled dentist in Erie. She has a great personality and very much approachable. She has assembled a highly skilled team which is much appreciated.

As a traveling non patient with a broken tooth, I was squeezed into an appointment and very happy with the results. Friendly and kind staff. Will return.
