Laser Dentistry of Erie

Really REALLY disappointed. Made an appointment here due to a recommendation. I have SEVERE dental anxiety. I get in, they lay me back, and I started crying. They were very kind and understanding but still had me leave due to my crying and nerves. They claimed they would call the following week to schedule another appointment, yet its been over a month with no follow up but a bill for a service I only had 5 minutes of! Before this appointment, I has no pain in my mouth, but now my one tooth is in TERRIBLE pain and I have no idea what to do! My trust is completely destroyed. Money matters more than anxious clients apparently!

Could not ask for a better dentist or staff. Always pleasant and happy to see you. Always my first recommendation when asked if I know a dentist! Keep up the wonderful work and continue to put your patients first!

I have not been to this dentist yet. I came to check the reviews which are all five star and a couple four stars. That's really hard to believe everyone's friendly and courteous and kind. No one ever post about the actual work that's been done. Well I'm going to try this place and I'll let you know how my denture turns out. UPDATE- DENTURE is nearly perfect. On a scale of 1 to 10, it's a 9. I'm happy. 😁

Dr.Staff and his staff provided a pleasant and professional atmosphere. I needed to see a dental provider on an emergency basis and he graciously provided time for dental services. I would highly recommend his practice.

When I arrived I was greeted welcomely by front desk. Staff was pleasant and professional. They made me feel comfortable and had a genuine interest in my well being. Best dentist appt. ever.
