If i could leave negative stars i would. Dr ted up there is horrible. He messed up my 16 year olds molar number 30. So bad no crown will stay on. It will cost me thousands now to fix his mess up and when confronted he had nothing to say when i asked why he is still working here they said its corporate and he is no longer allowed to do crown preps. Yet one of the dental assistants pointed out her xrays before and after.... she actually needed a root canal redone on this tooth and he never told us. He filed her tooth down so low its impossible now to keep a crown on... im so upset... and they offer no way to even fix this for us... she hasnt had issues with this tooth before this... please stay away from this dentist and perfect smiles. I trusted them and now im looking for an attorney to take our case because i have to come out of pocket thousands to rebuild her tooth and get another crown or she has to get it pulled and im not letting that happen... please just stay away if you value your teeth! This type of negligence isnt okay and there are so many complaints on him already. I wish i knew better!

I have called repeatedly and nobody ever answers. I am a patient here and can’t even schedule my appointment. I’m already being treated and can’t get anyone on the phone. Thank god I’m not having an actual problem. I’ve called to get scheduled for a cleaning nobody answers. Wisdom teeth removal? No answer. This is horrible customer service. The last time I went in the Dr. told me I need my wisdom teeth out and the receptionist told me not to. She said to just let them grow in and I’d be fine and if they start to be painful to just call. Went to the orthodontist who agrees with the doctor that I need them out. I try to call like the lady said and can’t get through. This is horrible. Get new receptionists immediately. They are contradicting your medical advice and can’t even do their own job of answering the phones. They are undermining this practice.

Very disappointing experience. I went to this clinic to fix my teeth, but instead four of my teeth were damaged and the issue still hasn’t been properly resolved. In my experience, the staff were rude and unprofessional, especially at the reception. I was also very concerned about the level of cleanliness I saw tools fall on the floor and they did not appear to be properly sanitized before being used again. They also kept sending me to another clinic far away, and after traveling there I found out they don’t even perform the procedure I needed. Overall, a very stressful and frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend people be very careful before choosing this clinic.

I had a horrific experience here with Dr Ted and Perfect Smiles in December. I am having surgery tomorrow to correct some of the damage done by Dr Ted. I also have permanent nerve damage on the left side of my face. I have tried to contact attorneys and the dental associations to no avail. I would like to connect with others that would be interested in banding together to see what can be done. Please reach out to me. Perhaps with the patients who have significant damage form Perfect Smiles banded together, we could do something. I am absolutely stunned to see he is still practicing after my situation. Lea Copeland, he should not have even been practicing at that point. Shame on them. My appointment was December 4th and I left traumatized and covered in blood after he slipped? and struck the left side of my face and wiped out two teeth. I saw stars (literally) then blackness. The nurse helping him, told me to get out of there and not let him continue. Please reach out to me. They cannot ignore multiple traumatized patients if banded together.

Horrible office front staff is rude. They wanted to pull at least 6 teeth without sedation kept telling me that my insurance doesn't cover it. No my secondary does nobody every told me that he doesn't take my secondary until I called my insurance and relayed the info to them. Then they tell me that that doctor doesn't accept the insurance.then try getting your records from them. Ha ha ha they don't cAre that your face is totally swollen. Can't drive can't see can't do anything but lay in pain. And they don't care. I should've known better
