Lighthouse used to be great. They had a fantastic office manager (Jen) that went out of her way for you. Since she left it has really gone down hill! I called to reschedule our appointments (I gave more than 2 week notice) and they threw a fit, complained that it would mess up their schedule and they wouldn't be able refill those appointments. I did reschedule 6 months later. They called the day prior to our appointment and asked us to come in early so they could get started early because they were having issues with their hygienist. Over an hour later and I'm still sitting in the waiting room while they've called in patient after patient. The employees are not friendly and the turnover is ridiculous. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else. Edit: I received a phone call from the office regarding this review. The manager had claimed that I had "hurt the offices' feelings" and requested that I not return. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience, but reinforced my complaints. (She did say that she's sorry that "I feel this way," but did not apologize for the office). She blamed everything from covid to the decline in population to the closure of schools. Denying any responsibility for the lack of staffing. The inability to obtain or maintain a functioning staff is not the fault of the patient and they shouldn't have to bear the burden. After speaking to other patients and other 'people', I've discovered that I'm not an isolated case with this office.

By far thr best dentist I've been to. They are amazing at communication. They usually try to tell me upfront before my next appointment how much a procedure is going to cost. I struggle with PTSD and anxiety. Especially with past experiences with dentists. I've been 3-4 times and they have been nothing but sweet and patient. I even took my son for the first time and they were amazing with him! I have really bad teeth and I've been working on taking better care of them. Not once have they berated me or made me feel bad about it. That's all I needed was some help to do better for myself. I am very thankful for the entire staff there!

As others have stated this office is all about the $$$. Ran into financial trouble a couple years back. Actually forgot about the bill I owed them. Called them the day they sent it to collections and squared it. Called them because my dentist doesn't feel comfortable with the root cabal and they refused to see me as a patient. I would stay far away from this office as all they see is $$ signs and if your down on your luck they refuse to help. They gave me extra time but with everything going on I forgot about it. Dr's were good. But again they suck when it comes to paying the bill. Highly recommend staying away. Review still stands in 2025.

Everything was going well with my six year old’s first appointment at this office initially- until I informed the dental hygienist that we are a fluoride-free family. Although I don’t owe anyone an explanation (as I am her PARENT), I respectfully explained my reasoning- and instead of having a respectful conversation about it or respecting me as her parent and my right to choose as I see fit-He passive aggressively argued with me in front of my child about fluoride being perfectly safe and very important regardless of my reasoning. He also kept insisting that we allow them to put a protectant sealant on my child’s molars. I said that I would like to know more about the sealant- but When I asked about the material make up of the sealant, and how the sealant is removed or if it dissipates over time- he could not give me clear answers- but just continued to pressure me to agree to the procedure. I explained my concerns and how our family lives as naturally as possible within reason- we don’t just put unknown and unnecessary chemical substances in our bodies. An hour after the apt. I received a call from the office stating that they would not serve my family because we requested to not use fluoride during the teeth cleaning process. I was completely in shock. When I questioned the call- The lady over the phone treated me like I was a neglectful/abusive parent declining things that they deem to be “a minimal standard of care.” She stated “the doctor takes this VERY SERIOUSLY.” Do you know what I take seriously??? The parents’ rights and duty to making educated decisions about their own children’s health and well-being instead of being COAXED into unnecessary treatments by some dental hygienist that I just met. I also take discrimination very seriously. I wonder how many people have been treated this way, discriminated against, pressured into things they aren’t educated on or comfortable with , and shamed for disagreeing with their opinions. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. Basically they should post on their website and front door- “Do what we say or we won’t serve you.”

Never had a bad experience here, and as someone who gets uneasy about seeing the dentist I've always appreciated the warmth and care I've received from the team.
