The website says "We can get you in as early as the same day for dental emergencies." I didn't even get a phone call within a week with severe pain. It sucks, never even had the opportunity to see them because they were unwilling to reach out.

They kept canceling my appointments because they were worried the insurance wouldn’t cover even when I told them I had an HSA card with enough money to do whatever I needed. I’m 60yrs old and was afraid I’d lose my teeth after waiting a whole year while going back n forth with empty visits and phone calls. I have a new dentist now.
