Dr.Kneib and his team are as accommodating and professional as it gets. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone is organized, welcoming, and truly cares. Dr. Kneib has spent countless hours over the years fixing my smile, and the attention to detail goes above and beyond. He and his team always take the time to inform me about what’s happening, why we’re doing it, and what to expect next. I’ve never once felt confused, rushed, or left out of the conversation. Highly recommend.

I can not recommend this dentist enough. From the friendliness of the staff and dentist himself to the state of the art equipment. Dr. K will explain all of your options and then you can decide what is best for you! I will also tell you that I sent my own mother there to talk about replacing her dentures and instead of trying to talk her into something that would not have benefited her, he was honest and told her to keep what she already had. I would recommend this dentist and dental office to anybody!! Thanks!!

Friendly staff other than the dentist, who has the bedside manner of an alligator. I'd still recommend avoiding as they messed up one of my fillings and Kneib was incredibly rude through the process of trying to fix it (had to ultimately get it fixed elsewhere). Plenty of good dentists in Erie elsewhere.

Great experience all around, from checkin through exam and checkout. Dr Kneib has invested in state of the art equipment, and he and his staff spend lots of time explaining what they are doing and why. Best dentistry visit ever!

I had a great first visit with Dr. Kneib & his whole team. I was warmly greeted by Warren, Dr. Kneib answered all my questions, Melia & Taylor walked me through all the new patient procedures. Everyone in the office worked great together and seemed genuinely happy to be there!! A happy practice makes for good patient care! Looking forward to my next visit!
