I can't say enough good things about this dentist's office and the staff here that truly cares. I recently and suddenly experienced some very painful tooth sensitivity, and things like drinking cold liquids and eating food have become extremely painful more often than not. I have been trying to find an office that schedules emergency dental services, or any office that could get me in within a few days. Most offices didn't even call back or answer my inquiries. Well, I was recommended this office by a friend, and I can't say enough how impressed I am with how they made me feel. The receptionists were so kind and patient with me. They explained that they could get me in next week, and then quickly said, "well, can you just hold on a minute. I'll be right back!" Not a minute later, the receptionist asked if I wanted to come in the same day, and I made it for an appointment. They quickly took some X-rays and both the hygienist and doc took a close look at my teeth to make sure I didn't have any holes in my fillings. The doctor asked where I was from, complimented my muck boots, and even brought his boots in to show me how work out they were 😭🤣 Dr. Johnson is so down to earth and clearly thinks the world of his staff. My hygienist was so informative and so kind with explaining what I could do in the meantime to alleviate my pain. Please, if you need dental care in the Erie area, absolutely call to schedule here. It's so hard to find dental care in Erie, and they made it so easy for me to get scheduled. You will not want to see any other dentist after one visit here. They are wonderful!

After a very, very challenging experience with my dental insurance company and locating providers who could see me during a dental emergency, I was able to be seen almost immediately here. I was able to be scheduled for a very unexpected root canal the next day after a quick consult. Dr Johnson saved a tooth and listened to my concerns. While I am still infuriated with my dental insurance company, and some pretty unfortunate experiences with other providers, I will be moving forward with this practice and am hoping to lessen my dental anxiety.

I’m a new patient after being with an another dentist for many years. He retired. I felt immediately comfortable in this new environment. Everyone is upbeat and friendly. Docs are great. Highly recommend.

If you need to cancel an appointment, it will take 6 months to schedule another one. The office staff are not helpful, and I never receive calls when placed on an appointment waiting list. I'll be looking for a different dentist. When complaining to the staff here, they told me good luck getting an appointment at a different dentist. I have an appointment somewhere else in August. Bad customer service here.
