Dental Arts of Erie

Dr Theisen not only went over and above helping me out today with a troubled tooth, he also fit me in to his schedule to do so, and his staff even stayed late with him. I will be forever grateful for all he and they did today, including the fun conversation, great music, and an absolutely wonderful atmosphere throughout the entire office. Erie is lucky to have them as a dental option!!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Dental Arts of Erie! Dr. Theisen is the most down to earth dentist around the Erie area! He is very through on what he does. From explaining everything he is doing or needs to do down to breaking down the cost/billing. Not only is he amazing, but his staff goes above and beyond for everyone who walks in the door. It is a much more intimate practice making you feel right at home surrounded by family...also Ruby will occasionally pop into your room and say hello. She's Dr. Tim's dog who loves everyone- even the mailman 🥰 I have had my fair share of dental work done throughout my life. From routine cleanings, fillings, x-rays, and teeth extractions. I would be lying if I said that I didnt develop some kind of dental anxiety from bad experiences. Dr. Theisen's office was hands down the best with each and every one of those I needed. I can now honestly say i walk into an appointment with zero anxiety and walk out with 100% confidence in my dental care and smile. Speaking of smile. He offers clear aligners though a company named Dandy. I went through the process and I am so happy I did. My results are great!! Please keep in mind each aligner case is unique to you and your needs so the process may look different then mine but trust the process! It is worth it! My three children also come to Dr. Tim for all their dental needs and will ask constantly when their next appointment is. Their ages are 15, 11, and 8. It's safe to say they would also give a 5 star review 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I wish I could give 10 stars! I have a legit phobia of the dentist, everything from the noises, textures, and normal dental office atmosphere. My positive journey began as soon as Brenda answered the phone to answer my questions and make my 1st appt. Her phone demeanor instantly made me comfortable from the start! Then walking into the office, 1st impression was already relaxing from the sound of music playing, the artwork on the wall, and to the welcomed greeting from Brenda. The moment I met Dr. Theissen, he immediately helped me feel at ease as he knew how nervous I was. He is not you're average older, non personable, strait to the point dentist. DR. Theissen was so personable, talking to me like he really cared and made me feel like a friend and not a patient. I could write such a long review just on his bedside manner, let alone his skills! I also need to give the same amount of credit to his assistant! She also played a huge part on making me feel comfortable. I never felt judged or looked at differently from her. She talked to me and made sure I was comfortable every time I had to lay in that chair! I could write a great review just on her! I will never go to another dentist again as long as Dr. Theissen is in business! I HIGHLY recommend this business and this great staff!!

Dr. Tim is an excellent dentist and I highly recommend him. He personally took time with me and explained everything that he was going to do. The office is a fun and upbeat, artsy atmosphere which I love you can tell that there is so much character in this office.He really cares about his patients and he does what he can and stays within their means.
