The staff and Kaitlin were very kind and Dr Dhillon was instrumental in helping me make an informed decision about my care. The use of a tablet to answer my medical history was very easy and the ease of establishing a payment plan was extremely helpful. The process was streamlined and the amount of time it took was impressive. Thank you for making my visit less stressful!

5 stars and confident referrals to the entire team of Real people. The people of the entire dentistry network! (BONUS CHECKS FRIDAY! EVERYONDE! ...better memo your CFO to write the checks by Thursday!)...js. lol Every genuine and friendly and caring person there - everyone smiled! I was in impressed at ASPEN DENTAL. Easy parking and comfortable, calm environment awaits you as you are pleasantly welcomed by the intake associate who is friendly and efficient. I was apprehensive, ( being an older lady, who had slacked off a few years of dentist checkups... . it's been since COVID actually and I was worried that my one tooth was wiggling. ) Within minutes, I was beckoned from the waiting area to receive a thorough amount of standard-order tooth x-rays (thankfully) with a very cheerful and skilled image tech who had her plan down to a science. Soon after met the fantastic and well-studied, confident dentist, who talked with me about my concerns and topics with earnest interest as she did her magic. Then, soft hearted, super smart, soft spirit, sweet soul...Dr. Dillen.. sp?). sensing.. .... Beyond the mask and the dental mirror, (that I was emotionally stricken with some feelings of self-failure and disappointment at its inevitable removal. )... saying assuring, facts like: you're not responsible, nothing you could have known, it will be ok.. in this day and age, I felt silly laying there in the chair tears all welled up, it was more than about the tooth, but she used her 💜 and connected compassionately as a person. I felt in very safe and genuinely present professional care. Going back next week for a couple loose ends, but I'll definitely be back on a 6 mo. Schedule with them. Does not feel like a assembly line/ mass treatment racket at all and I have no idea where that impression may have come from! Carried my insurance, co-donation was. 19$ worth it. I hope everyone has the same pleasant experience. As my great, grandma would tell me: "Take extremely great care of your teeth every day. Every day all your life, because someday you will really enjoy the steak you ordered when your friends are having soup. ..

My personal experience with Aspen Dental began on May 2, 2025 with the procedure being finished on November 21, 2025. Eleven of my appointments had to be rescheduled because they automatically change your appointment time without notifying you, have staff shortages, have to close for a day because of no staff, have no dentist because he walked out in the middle of the day while patients were in exam chairs or gave no reason for the change. Of all the times I did get into an exam chair Dr. Dhillon spent maybe a total of 30-45 minutes actually working on me over the 6 months. She has everyone else doing the work. She might check on their work and she might not. They DO NOT communicate with the patient about what they are doing or plan to do. The dentist is also impatient with her staff and makes remarks about their work to other employees in front of the patient. I'm going back to my previous dentist because he gives you his total attention and actually listens to you. My previous dentist doesn't accept my dental insurance so I will be paying more out of pocket but it will be well worth it for peace if mind and trust in the dentist. My advice is don't walk but RUN from Aspen Dental or at least the one in Erie on Peach street. Aspen Dental is nothing more than a corporate dental practice that wants to get as many people in their exam chairs as possible in one day. There is no personal concern in regards to the patient. It's a get them and get them out ASAP and upcharge as you go

Cindy was absolutely amazing! She was kind and compassionate while dealing with my neediness. She understood what it’s like to have a genuine fear of dental work and helped me through it and accomplished our goal so much sooner than my normal! I wish I could give her 10 stars! Thank you so much!

Aspen Dental is one of the most misleading operations I’ve ever dealt with. They happily use your insurance for routine cleanings and exams, but the second you need an actual procedure like a tooth extraction, suddenly you’re not dealing with Aspen anymore. Instead, they bring in an outsourced oral surgeon who does NOT accept the same insurance. So you show up thinking you’re covered, and then you’re told you owe $180 out of pocket for a basic extraction because it’s a third-party doctor. This happened to me six months ago. I thought it was a one-off situation. Today I brought a friend in, and the exact same thing happened again. Same setup. Same surprise charge. For a company this large, with nonstop commercials, billboards, and text reminders, it’s unbelievable they don’t have an in-house surgeon who accepts the insurance plans they advertise. The business model feels intentionally structured to funnel you into unexpected out-of-pocket payments. If you’re considering Aspen Dental, ask very specific questions before agreeing to anything: Is the surgeon in-house? Do they accept YOUR insurance? Is this provider actually part of Aspen or a subcontractor? Do not assume you’re covered just because Aspen accepts your insurance for regular visits. That assumption will cost you. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others to look elsewhere for transparent care.
