Started off I arriving too early at 7:30. My appointment was at 8:30 then I get inside and it’s going down dark long hallways to a basement. Kind of creepy then filled in paperwork got checked in right away. That was quick. Got seen at eight thirtyish. Got my x-rays then sat back down then went back again sat in the chair. Told me my issues by looking at x-rays didn’t even look at my teeth one time so he said I had four wisdom teeth need to be pulled. I told him no I only have two wisdom teeth. He checked again and he’s like oh yeah you’re right so I felt very rushed and not at all like he took time for me. Ended up writing me a script for antibiotics and told me I gotta go to Meadville to get them extracted and then I was done.

Smells like urine and mold as soon as u enter the building, then navigating through the dark hallways was a pain. The dentist was very nonchalant and I had to actually tell him what I wanted done, he should have assessed the situation and told me what I need. He gave me a referral to get a tooth extracted and I had to take the paper and fax it myself which I’ve never had to do. Then on top of that, the referral didn’t have all the necessary info on it which resulted in me having to schedule ANOTHER appointment for him to rewrite my referral. Only nice thing this office has going for them is the receptionist. Never going back after I get this referral.

My daughter's boyfriend had several issues made an appointment so he could get a referral for an oral surgeon due to severe infections & pain. He said the Doctor was incredibly rude to him. After the appointment, I asked if he needed to go pick up a prescription for antibiotics. The doctor did not prescribe any! He sent him away with 4 tooth infections, with no antibiotics or pain meds. I've worked in dental for decades and am apalled. This is gross negligence. My daughter's boyfriend was also paying in cash & payed up front. This is unacceptable & I will be pursuing the issue if someone decides to return my call. If not, I will be heading into the office.

Won’t be back- office was like stepping back in time to the 70s, dark and depressing and smelled like must. No hygienist, dentist did the cleaning. Dentist seemed like he hated being there. He told me my son’s tooth was impacted after I had to remind him to look at the X-ray, and my son’s orthodontist told me the next day there was no problem. He also said that my son’s filling was breaking down because of “time” - I asked if it was done incorrectly because I’ve had fillings for 20+ years- and he just shrugged. They wouldn’t even fax over my referral themselves- they gave me a paper and told me to go to the UPS store! I will say the receptionist was very friendly.

If there was an option for zero stars that is what I would have chosen. I called the dentist office and was immediately placed on hold. The secretary must have just placed the telephone down and did not mute the call as I heard her scheduling a follow up appointment with a patient, I heard the patient's full name, date of birth, and telephone number. When the secretary picked the phone up to speak with me, I stated that I wanted to check the date of an appointment for my nephew and her demeanor became rude and unprofessional. She fired off questions such as, "why did I not write it down, and where was my reminder card". When I apologized and stated that the last few months had been very busy for me, and that most dentist send reminder text and calls she then stated that she was not going to look through all of the records to find it. I thanked her for her time and informed her I would be relocating to a different dentist office. I should have been switched dentist, this dentist office is hard to locate in the building, dark, outdated, with an unpleasant smell and gloomy.
