Claim it freeSears Appliance Repair is a trusted appliance repair provider serving the greater Erie area. With a commitment to quality, they deliver reliable appliance repair services to residential and commercial customers throughout Erie, Millcreek, Harborcreek, Fairview, and surrounding communities.
Erie's approximately 95,000 residents depend on working appliances through long winters when heating systems, dryers, and water heaters run constantly. Service technician was great. The actual company is not. You cannot get a live person and any thing you call or go onto the site to do is all pre generated questions with only options for answers. Completely ridiculous! But again the technician was prompt, informative and nice.

The repair guy did okay. He really didn't have to do much. He found a pin leak in the water line to the refrigerator, snipped off the that piece and re-attached the water line. Definitely not $369.95 worth! I won't be using Sears Appliance Repair anymore!

The technician they sent out was very helpful, polite and informative. He was great. The company was terrible to reach, terrible to communicate with, my parts arrived at my home 4 weeks before my appointment. And it was a dryer drum. It was huge. Then they canceled the day day of the appointment at 1pm. A missed day of work for nothing. To reschedule 1 week later, another day missed. Thank goodness it's fixed by the wonderful technician. He should find another company to work for, this one will only bring him down.

Paul did a great job but, IT took almost a whole month to fix. Called on the 1st and Paul came on the 10th. He had to order parts and was returning on the 15th. Well waited all day and he couldn't make it. Then they rescheduled me for the 26 of July. It's BS I had to wait that long to get fixed, especially since it only took 10 minutes to fix. Paul 5 stars Sears scheduling 1 star.
