Charles was a great technician. He fixed our problem, and we are greatly pleased with his service. Other technicians couldn't figure it out, but he was able to order the right part from the first time and place it with no problem. Thank you so much for such amazing service. We greatly appreciate it.

Paul was quick, efficient and easy to deal with. He replaced the dishwasher motor that was under warranty, taking care to protect the floor and clean up water that drained during the process. Overall very satisfied with the entire process.

Paul was efficient and personable. However dealing with Sears was a nightmare. Paul came for the initial meeting, saw the problem and ordered the part to be shipped directly to me. I received the part and an appointment by Sears was scheduled for the 21st. No one came and I was not notified of a change. When I checked the status it said the part hadn't been shipped. My whole experience with Sears( not Paul) was very frustrating and cost me $100 at the laundermat.

The rating I’m sharing is not for the technician, but for the company, Sears Appliance Repair. First appointment went well with a new ice maker being ordered. Second appointment was a no show with no call or text from Sears. We cancelled an evening event waiting for the technician. Third appointment was also a no show with a message in the middle of the afternoon that it was canceled. Finally on the fourth appointment the new ice maker is installed. Must wait 24 hours before it makes ice, so not sure yet if it’s fixed. Too soon to tell.
