Don’t give them your hard earned money. Bought a washer that was recommended by them. Washer started leaking oil the 3rd week I had it. Tried calling several times with no answer to get it fixed. Finally returned my call the day after my warranty ran out and wouldn’t fix it, still won’t return my calls.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We purchased a washing machine from here and when we got it home and tested it out we realized the spin cycle did not work. It kept leaving our clothes soaking wet. After a few days we finally got ahold of them. They said they were unable to send someone to fix it but they would be willing to exchange it for one that works. They dropped off the new one which was covered in rust and duck tap. We were unhappy with this (not so even) exchange but we needed a washing machine so we said screw it and hooked it up. FIRST LOAD WE DID water started running out all over the floor.. So we called again explaining we just wanted a refund at this point. The guy said that was fine and came to pick the machine up the next day. He decided he was going to take TWENTY DOLLARS (mind you we only live 4 miles from the store) off of the refund for having to drive here to pick up the broken machines. He wouldn't have had to drive here and do that if he wouldn't have sold us TWO BROKEN MACHINES. (He should have been upfront about wanting to charge us for picking up HIS broken machines) ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND! *I have left a message stating I want a FULL refund but I won't be surprised if I don't get a call back.

Had a great experience here. My sister went and bought a dryer and got it delivered the next day. The guy came and took our old dryer out and replaced it with the new one. All within twenty mins. Extremely efficient and a very kind guy

Bought a washer and dryer, when delivered they came with no tools, wrong connection for the gas dryer. We went out and bought correct stuff. Washer shook my home when on spin. They came and took old one and brought another. That one just as bad if not worse. When then delivered they dropped it, slammed it, did not care. Ripped my screen door, very careless bull in a China shop. AND Washer WAS DISGUSTING, MOLDY.

If I could give this dump zero starts I would with 3 thumbs down. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. Twice they changed the dryer we bought from them and both times the dryer were not heating up and then the guys says, well it was $175 so I might work for a few months.
