Jon is a very nice, professional, helpful guy. He called me back the same day and helped me try to figure out what was wrong with my freezer over the phone. When he came out to my house he had it fixed in 15 minutes when I thought it was a lost cause! I’m so grateful I found him because of his good reviews on Google, I had to add my own. Gave me a very fair price too.
