Erie's approximately 95,000 residents depend on working appliances through long winters when heating systems, dryers, and water heaters run constantly. As someone who loves supporting local businesses this is a disappointing review and share of information for me… NEVER and I mean, NEVER, use Fullertons for any of your appliances. Day 1 of installing our new washer it didn’t work… had to wait 2 weeks for them to come out and “fix” it while using a laundromat for me and my kids laundry. After a few more weeks we had to have them come out again because it stopped spinning so they “fixed it” again.. they said they got a “bad batch” of them… so in that case why would they not replace it under my warranty?? Ask them!! About 1 month later we had to have them come out YET AGAIN because the washer was making extremely loud noises so they “fixed it” by putting plastic covers on the bottom of the washer. Here we are now almost a year out and our BRAND NEW WASHER FROM FULLERTONS is still a LEMON. They said they would be here at 9am to look at it because I work at 10am. It’s now 9:45 and they are not here. Never give these people your money. Very extremely disappointed. In this economy of living paycheck to paycheck and just trying to get by for me and my kids, while supporting local businesses, I am now out of a brand new washer and cannot afford a new one since they waited this off until my warranty ended.

I had a great experience with the team at Fullerton's. I came here after a big box store let me down on delivery 2 weeks in a row. Debbie and Mary were very friendly and acted fast when I needed a new fridge, and were able to save me some money in the process. Fullerton's will be my first stop next time I am in the market for a new appliance.

I was about to give up on fixing my speed queen drier then I met Josh at their store. He convinced me not to give up. He sent out technician Ian, my old drier was stubborn. They sent me another technician. Old school Mike the service manager was awesome. Long story short. My drier is working like new at after being 15 years old plus. They are old school honest, tell you is it worth fixing or replacing. I will be seeing them soon for a washer replacement, my old one would cost more than a new one. This kind of local business with old school honesty, customer first, and their reputation maters. They care about community not a quick buck sell out. We forget how important local businesses are, they care more than big box, FYI, corporations. They made me feel as I matter like a neighbor or family.

Dishwasher update: I am compelled to share a disappointing experience with a local business. Two years after purchasing a Maytag dishwasher from Fullerton's, which was touted for its exceptional quality and comprehensive warranty, I am facing $500 in necessary repairs. Despite reaching out to both the store and Maytag, neither party has taken responsibility for the product's performance. The lack of support and unwillingness to work towards a resolution, such as a discounted labor rate towards the repair or come in and purchase a new madhine and we will waive or discount the installation has been particularly disconcerting. Given their slogan 'shop with confidence with quality and service in mind,' I urge potential customers to exercise caution. While Maytag bears significant responsibility, I believe the store could have demonstrated greater customer commitment by offering alternative solutions, rather than dismissing our concerns and telling us to basically pound salt…they have lost us as customers and if I were you I would think twice about where you shop for appliances.
