Duggan's Service & Appliance

Always a great experience at Duggan's. We have bought several appliances here now and have been very happy with every one of them. And the employees are so great to work with - all the way from the phone answering (you get a life person!), to the sales person to the delivery guys. All very nice. And we purchased one day and had delivery the next. You can't beat that. Thank you Duggan's for repeat good service!

Very nice shopping experience! Salesmen were helpful instead of pushy which was amazing. He even called to make sure we could get free delivery since we were right on the line of where you deliver to. Delivery guys were funny, friendly and polite. Next appliance I need I’ll be sure to check Duggans 😊

We bought a dishwasher from Duggan’s and had it installed. The delivery was as promised and very professional from the actual purchase and straight to the delivery. They kept us updated on when it was going to be delivered and even had a site on the app that showed you the delivery vans location.. no guessing when they would be arriving. The delivery guys were great! They installed the dishwasher and ran it through some tests to make sure everything was as it should be. They were very professional and explained things about the appliance that was very helpful. We bought this appliance at Duggans becouse we have heard good things about them including that they have their own repair service. We have bought from Lowe’s before but their service department is just terrible to deal with. For our future appliances they all will be coming from Duggans!

Everyone that I have dealt with at Duggans has been so very nice, kind, sweet and friendly to me. I called many times and asked so many questions and they didn't even mind. Victor delivered my new washer and dryer, he was so kind and very caring to me, the installation process was perfect. He ran it through on empty to make sure it worked before he left. In the future if I need an appliance I will be getting it from Duggans...

We were extremely happy with the service of our salesperson, Joe, who was not pushy, and listened to what we wanted and was happy to show us what we asked. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. The delivery and installation was the next day to our surprise! The delivery and installers were polite, worked fast, but were sure to make everything look good to our satisfaction. We would have bought our new appliances last year had we known it would go so easily and be so pleasant.
