Small Business Alternatives

I am a big fan of Max and Small Business Alternatives. I have 2 small businesses and usually had my tax work done out of state but wanted to try someone local and glad I did. Max was fast, accurate, and answered all my questions. The staff at SBA is also very friendly. I'm glad to have them and look forward to not having to worry about who is going to care for my taxes in future years.

So l’ve been with SBA for about 8 years. Never an issue never a problem ! Until I received notice of termination of service ! Like I said never a problem or issue. When I called to see the reason behind the termination I was told by Max he didn’t owe me an explanation ! I’m a small one man company and would never speak to a client or former client that way. I found him (Max) to be hostile and argumentative. I find your business practices unprofessional !!! Like I said I’m a small company. So I’m to assume I wasn’t spending enough money to keep on ! After speaking with others. I wasn’t the only one treated like this. Three weeks before tax season. Thanks Max !! Never do business with them !!!

I have been working with Lisa since 2012 when i first started my business. She was amazing with answering my questions when i first started and has continued to help answer my questions for over 12 years.
