Absolutely horrible. My husband and I filed our taxes using Kingdom Tax Services for the 2023 year. The agency never actually filed our taxes even through we paid them to do so. This has been an ongoing battle with their agency as we requested them to file them multiple times without them actually going through with it. Their only response was to try to get us to sign a POA for them....no thanks as that's sneaky and underhanded. Now because of their lack of action we've been hit with multiple penalties that they are being flippant on managing or taking care of. This is 100% their fault and they have dragged their feet at every corner and refuse to accept responsibility for their lack of processing in the first place. It's now been 6mo trying to get the penalties handled and we've received nothing but excuses as to why they can't. This is the worst agency and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Go somewhere else.

My tax portfolio was passed along to three if not four novice tax accountants. The most senior tax accountant took little to no accountability for oversight into my case. Finally, after one calendar year of being brushed off I was given directions to complete my own tax returns. Please do yourself a favor and find another firm, these are not professionals, though their facade may imply that they are.
