I cannot recommend Paula G. highly enough. She is absolutely amazing—honest, thorough, and incredibly attentive to detail. Paula has a gift for explaining complex tax situations in a way that is easy to understand, and her expertise has been invaluable to us year after year. My only frustration lies with Jackson Hewitt’s corporate pricing. As a loyal customer of many years, it is disappointing to see the costs rise annually while incentives and rewards are reserved almost exclusively for new customers. I stay for Paula’s exceptional service, not for the company’s value. I would follow her anywhere, as she is the true reason for my continued loyalty.

This office at Peach Street Jackson Hewitt Tax Service are fraud people and scammers. I filed my tax return with Jackson Hewitt Tax Services. When I received my tax return paper today, I noticed that almost $600 had been deducted from my federal taxes. Earlier, they had informed me that the paperwork fee would be only $54.95. The lady who supposedly helped me, Aissa Ramlal, was unhelpful and uncooperative. I tried to get assistance from the office today, but no one was willing to help me. If you value your time and money, please avoid this office. Instead, go to a different location and not to one of their other offices. They are dishonest and unpleasant people who were not willing to give me my money. Please pay attention and do not let someone take advantage of you. Hazim Ali

My husband and I have been going to this location for 4 years now and have never had an issue. We have an amazing tax preparer who we have faithfully stuck with the entire time. Her name is Paula! I 10/10 recommend filing your taxes here and specifically at this location with her!

Paula was absolutely amazing and extremely flexible for all the chaos I had going on. I truly appreciate her taking her time with me.
