I will NOT be returning next year to get my taxes done. I was calling to see why my tax return was taking so long, when Ilene, who e-filed them, was very rude to me for calling. Absolutely no customer service from her.. I was trying to see what was taking so long, as I know I was in the end of February/beginning of March. She rudely told me I’m wrong and they get done the same day she gets them because she stays until 7-8 to file them. Great! But I can still contact you to check the status, as a paying customer... then in a rude tone she continued to disagree with me, and yell at me for checking the status because I should just know it’s delayed apparently. Some employees are just rude and have no sense of customer service.
