This place is RIDICULOUS, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Its a shame because because DR Scott is a kind , personable & overall a good Dr i believe. But the office lady's rude, disingenuous and deceitful nature are to much to overcome. I asked for a SIMPLE estimate on what something they do everyday would cost, they refused to give me an answer. They're playing games, they know exactly what they charge but in some slimy used car salesman type of technique they demand a appointment to then tell you the cost. I called their competitor across the street they gave me a estimate in seconds. Stinks because I've taken multiple pets here in the past and live close by but refuse to be baited and switched for a simple issue. .......... UPDATE, DR Scott called to harass me about my 1 star Review, then basically demanded for me to take it down SAYING I was Harassing his Employee when I called which is COMPLETELY FICTITIOUS!!!!! I then TOLD HIM if he thinks im HARASSING HIM he's an IDIOT!!!! This guy is OFF HIS ROCKERS, probably needs help. For a business to CALL AND HARASS SOMEONE WHO LEFT A HONEST AND TRUTHFUL REVIEW IS INSANE! Bad part is , like in the orginal review I thought he was a decent guy, boy was I WRONG!!!! I now see where his staff gets off being rude and inconsiderate. Comes from the top down. UPDATE... I'll be contacting an attorney for libel, make sure you dont destroy those " recordings " of the phone call. When you publish something online that is not true there's consequences. Your false statements will come back to you legally. Good luck!

Way over priced!!! I drove an hour and a half because I moved away. In February 2025, I paid 450 for a Lyme's test kennel cough, and rabies vaccine for my dog and she HAD to be sedated.. she was not an aggressive dog just a little scared. When she tested positive they suggested another 350 dollar blood test to see how far it progressed. I had to decline but I really did want to.Not everyone has that sort of $. I even applied for care credit and scratch pay. They would not allow private payments. I also requested my dogs records by e- mail, text and call on several occasions to go to an affordable vet closer to Titusville where I live to further her treatment I still never received them after being told that I would receive them by email. I received no release of records to sign either.. Another vet even called for the record as well. I needed further treatment for my dog. . I Never I even had my dogs original vet call and they were told the records were only to be released to owner.... because of these delays My dog wasn't seen in time for treatment and went into kidney failure. I needed those records! This is now August 2025 .I had to put her down. Three days later after I put her down I finally received my records at 931 pm by email. And yes I was offer credit thru scrarch pay, but I do not have squeaky clean credit I tried. The GAME they play cost My dog her life. ShAme on you for you greediness!

Dr. Johns treated my cat for months of issues, respecting my decisions the entire time. After several months, I decided to euthanize my cat. The entire staff was so respectful and explained every step of the process, giving as much time as we needed throughout each step. Thru made it as peaceful and easy as I could have ever imagined. Thank you so much for your truly kind and compassionate care with Milo.

Dr. Scott Johns has always taken care of our animals with the utmost care and concern. I also appreciate his conservative approach to medicine, where he tries the least invasive and usually most cost effective intervention, first!

I have a large breed dog, he has only been to the vet for shots, as an adult, one time so at this visit he was very anxious and not cooperating. We tried a muzzle, we tried having me hold him, no go. Dr Johns and his staff were patient enough to wait for my husband to come from home which is 15 minutes away so he could help hold him down to administer his shots. It worked!!! Most vets would have probably made me reschedule. If you have a large breed dog who is anxious at the vet, I highly recommend Dr Johns and his staff!!!
