Took my cat here for routine vaccinations, but also to address a concern I had with her ear. I didn't get any names, but the dark haired vet tech, younger girl, was super sweet and kind. You can tell she loves working with animals and was super informative. The vet herself, I believe to be the owner of the practice, was awesome. Super informative, kind, and great with my cat. She was able to finally get me the answer to my cats continuing ear infection another place couldn't figure out. Walked me through treatment options and recommendations. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We have been using this vet for years. They have taken very good care of our 4 dogs over the years and couldn't be happier. I've had dogs all my life pretty much and have been to many different vets. I keep bringing my furry family here because the doc is the best around. I've been to to many over the years that want to sugarcoat the diagnosis where this doc gets straight to business. Yeah sometimes they get jammed up and you wait a little longer but thats not always a bad sign usually thats the sign of not rushing through patients just to make another dollar. I know I have waited hours past my appointment time before to see one of my Dr's but I know he's one of the best so I just wait. Just like here wait patiently and in the end you'll be taken care of better than anywhere else. Our family is very thankful to have found a place like this and a special thanks from Bandit, Bella, Smokey and Titan!

You can feel the love when you walk in this establishment! All of the staff members are truly caring and committed to all of their patients! We felt very confident in the care that our boy was receiving! They went above and beyond! Thank you so much for everything, ❤️ we appreciate all of the hard work, dedication, love and compassion! Summit will be the only vet we use from this point on!

They killed my cat. Long wait time and no follow up. I brought my cat, Sarah, in to have her bloodwork checked to determine if she still needed medication and to receive a new prescription. The appointment started over an hour after it was scheduled. The vet said she was very healthy, but that she was probably constipated, which is why she didn't feel good. We left feeling great. I requested the labs be emailed to me, but they were not. Sarah continued to get sicker without her medication. I repeatedly called and left messages requesting a return call and her labs be sent, without a response. I didn't receive a voicemail or email contact. I contacted another vet to reassess Sarah. Record requests from the new vet were also ignored. The new vet told us that she was dying without seeing the labs, and she needed to be put down. I called Summit Pet to see if they would refund the $255 that I spent on the appointment and bloodwork. They strongly believe that the records were sent to me on 8/1 and that voicemails were returned. I didn't receive any voicemails or emails, I rechecked. Even if the labs were sent on 8/1, I called afterward requesting them, without a second email sent, follow up call for the confusion, or a response to the new vet's lab requests. Nobody called to tell me she was dying. Going to Summit Vet just distracted us from being able to save Sarah. They admit that the records were never sent to the new vet and that they were having phone issues during this timeframe. The women on the phone was kind, until I disagreed with her assessment of the situation. At this point, she became condescending, addressed me as "young lady," and accused me of being emotional. She blamed it on me for not going there to demand the labs, as though me expecting a return call or agreed upon email was an unrealistic expectation. She said that she has to hunt down her medical lab work, so why shouldn't I do that for my animals. I've never had to beg for lab work from any other vet. Very unprofessional and not worth risking your pets lives going here.

Most wonderful vet I've ever known! 😍 The staff are wonderful and helpful and very caring, ik the wait can be a little inconvenient but they work as fast as they can and they take walk ins. They're literally busy the whole shift! The manager is a god send!! She even brings some of the babies home to destimulize safely! I've never known people that care about my animals as much as I do! They deserve a rating of 100/100!!
