My husband and I took our little 3 year old, 6 pound chihuahua, Tito here because we thought he ingested something. He was acting funny and we could tell something was wrong. We brought him down and waited a very reasonable amount of time. They did all the normal tests and then brought us in to talk to Dr Brian, who was very kind and informative about our options. They took very good care of our baby. Of course it was pricey, but we expected that, being an emergency vet. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We decided to take Tito home and they gave him some meds and fluids, sent us with some special food and gave lots of paperwork explaining the different things we’d discussed. He’s doing fine and sleeping next to me now. I hope you never have to take your pet here, but if you do, you can trust that they’ll take good care of them. If we have another emergency in the future, we would bring him here.

I had to have my dog put down January 2024; it was not an easy decision but unfortunately her decline was fast. They were incredibly patient and kind. They brought us chairs and tissues and gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. We received this card in the mail a couple days after. I took the staff donuts when I got the call to retrieve her ashes. The ashes came in a beautiful box, her paw print, and a lock of hair all tied up in a gorgeous bag. The thoughtfulness behind every thing they provided made near impossible days just a little easier. Thank you to the staff who were there in 2024 - and to those who are there now. Your work is so appreciated!! 🐾

They were very compassionate when I had to rush my dog there late on a Saturday night after an accident. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to him that night. The staff and Doctor were all very professional and caring. I can't thank them enough for what they did to get me through the night. The doctor was very thorough in explaining our options and even helped with making the best decision for our pet.

My cat was slowly passing they came out and even took are cat for us when he finally took his last breathe. They were very nice and how they did the cremention, i would say 10 out of 10 i was expecting a lock of hair and ashes in like a bag but nope alot more and so so very nice and detailed and then the paw print and gorgeous box. I was blown away and at first wasnt happy with the price for all that tho i waa happy to pay it!!! Tig my cat deserved it also he was just a big love bug.... but ill allways come to your place and recommand it and i thank you all!!!

While the staff is very compassionate and caring, they gave us the wrong ceramic paw print. Our cat had rather large paws and what we received was the size of a kittens paw, even the ink prints are bigger than the print on the ceramic. With this happening, I’m now thinking the cremation remains we received probably aren’t our cats remains.
