My dog Clutch had a mishap and our regular vet (as well as all other local WNY vets) were at a continuing education conference. I called this Vet and explained the situation, they got him right in. Not only were they extremely patient with Clutch’s anxiety, but they were so very attentive and helpful with taking care of his wound. Probably the friendliest staff I’ve ever met!

I've brought my elderly cat in twice. There was no wait with our appointment. It was scheduled online and a much sooner time than anyone else in the area. Everyone was friendly. The vets seemed knowledgeable and I don't feel like they were trying to push anything we didn't need. They also called to check up on my buddy. We'll definitely be back if we need to. Cat tax pic attached 😆

We had an unbelievably awful experience with Dr Allison Dylewski, and it ended our many years of loyalty to this clinic immediately. Under the retired Dr. Ramsdel, our pets always received excellent care. That changed the moment Dr Allison Dylewski joined the staff. We brought our Charlie in during a scary medical situation and needed clarity and compassion. Instead, Dr. Allison was short, condescending, impatient, and openly unpleasant. She offered no clear explanation, gave confusing information, and made no effort to take the time our questions required. Her demeanor carried an unmistakable implication — as if we were there to simply “get rid of” our dog because he was an inconvenience. That assumption was deeply offensive and completely unfounded. There was no empathy, no guidance, and no professionalism. A female veterinary technician — not Dr. Allison — was the one who finally explained that Charlie’s condition was treatable, providing more clarity in minutes than the veterinarian offered at all. We transferred our records to Glenwood Pet Hospital the same day, and the new veterinarian there has helped Charlie tremendously. He’s doing great now! All it takes is one bad veterinarian to destroy a practice’s reputation. Unfortunately, this was that moment. We will never return. They seemed to have turned off reviews for their Facebook page. The only way I could leave a review was by replying to another commenters post. I think it's very tell tale about their credibility when they shut down reviews.

Ruby is 10 months old cat, and she has had problems with her eyes since she was 7 months old. She is also a very nervous cat, and they have done a fantastic job taking care of her. I'm so grateful for their treatment of Ruby and they are really nice to work with.

DO NOT GO TO! Well not sure how to actually say this? But I am currently going through a divorce, my soon to be ex-wife told them this... Somehow she went there and got my name off of his records and scheduled an appointment for him to be neutered! I so happen to get papers for a puppy that I was sending to Colorado. That's when I found out she made the appointment, I told them not to do this. He is marital property (Grand Champion bloodlines) gone forever. Well they went ahead and did the surgery against my wishes. Come to find out that somehow they took me off of his records (because she told them to) without talking to me at all! I couldn't figure out how this happened until he had a bad ear infection, called to get him in(couldn't for 2 weeks!) So I ask for his records so u could take him somewhere else. They absolutely REFUSED to give them to me all based on what my soon to be ex-wife said to them. So now my poor dog has a swollen bleeding ear and I couldn't get him help! I have 2 Cane Corsos 10k in 2 dogs and his line is gone forever.. now all they can say sorry, we thought your wife was a good person 🤔. UNREAL, UNHEARD OF AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
