The vet I usually go to was on vacation, so I came here. I’m giving 2 stars because they were able to get me in quickly, and the assistants and reception staff were very kind. The veterinarian I saw, however, left me very uncomfortable. My cat had lost a significant amount of weight and is older, so we wanted to understand what tests could be done and whether there were any possible options. We were prepared for bad news given his condition. After what felt like a 60 second physical exam that involved mainly rubbing his stomach, I was told that some lumps were felt in his abdomen, which could possibly be stool but might not be. Despite the uncertainty, euthanasia was recommended immediately. This was very difficult to hear, especially without any diagnostics being done and while my cat was still food-motivated. I also had to stop the veterinarian from leaving the room to request an estimate. I was quoted approximately $500 for bloodwork and an X-ray and was told I couldn't leave with their estimate. I later took my cat to another vet and was charged $275 for comparable testing. This is the fourth veterinary clinic I’ve visited in our area while trying to find a clinic I could confidently return to (Union City Pet Hospital, Wilde Veterinary, and Orphan Angels). I have not had any negative experience at the others or felt the need to leave a review. Unfortunately, this visit felt rushed and poorly communicated during an already extremely emotional situation. If you’re looking for a veterinarian you can feel confident with, I personally had much better experiences at Union City Pet Hospital and Orphan Angels.

The evil of people that pretend they are good folks never ceases to amaze me. I used this vet October 2025 everything was all good , ive never not paid my bill and ive never done anything wrong to them . I attempted to bring the same animal they saw in October in and my dog became they where having some medical issues that needed prompt attention. They turned me away saying my ex was "fired" from a different animal ark for disagreeing with some office manager idk . Anyhow they dont care about animals, im seeing erie as a whole has a huge lack of vets issues. I couldn't even take them to pet emergency because they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays for some reason. These people lack compassion and dont care for the lives of animals. Its nothing but a assembly line to them . Dang man , in October I thought they did a decent job on the cats treatment lol . Don't bring your pets here , find a vet with morals , values , empathy and compassion. Peace and love inter-web world 🌎 ❤️

Very friendly & Kind atmosphere. Staff are wonderful with the animals. Dr. was excellent. Everything they did was great. Our dog had an ear infection, and 4 days later his ear is wonderful , healthy & Gone Gone Gone .

Refused to accept emergency appointment for infection. First available appointment was in 6 days unless I paid an extra $100…..then they had time. Not the kind of service that is acceptable to me. Seems as though they don’t have their first priority in caring for medical service. Moving on to a Vet service that cares.
