Greg Camp and staff at Imperial Tree Service did a great job! Very quick turnaround service - quote Monday and job done on Wednesday. Greg even took the cutting of our tree down a step further by notifying us that the reason why our tree died all of a sudden was because we had Ash Disease. He took the time to show us where the entry points were and the damage done to the tree. He even suggested what chemical we should put down in order to save our other Ash trees. We will definitely be using Imperial Tree Service next Spring to take down a few of our other trees! Hands down would recommend them for all of your tree needs!

Greg Camp who is the owner of this business took down 2 incredibly tall (approx 80-100') old pine trees from my new next door neighbor's back yard. Unfortunately for me, the one closest to my 6' high wooden privacy fence landed partially on my fence. I could not see the damage as the pine limbs covered the entire 2-3 8 ft panels. I spoke to him prior to leaving my house and told him that I would leave my garage overhead door open so that he could access the man door and get into my back yard to do the clean up. When I came home, he and his worker and his vehicles were gone. I then looked at my fence panels and saw (after counting) that 12 pickets were badly damaged and that the 4 x 4 post between the 2 panels they were attached to was loosened and no longer secure. It had been cemented in and it was located at the heaviest point of impact. There was a makeshift block of wood attached below it which did absolutely nothing to secure the post. He will not return calls from my neighbor who hired him and he said absolutely nothing to him about the damage to my fence. Fence panels and pickets are next to impossible to be found at this time. My neighbor feels terrible about this and insists on replacing the damaged pickets and or panels as soon as he can find them. This occurred over a month ago and Greg Camp has not stepped up and done the decent thing. I did not hire him nor would I ever dream of doing so, but my 'new' neighbor did. I was just collateral damage that is obviously of no concern of Greg Camp and Imperial Tree Service.

Got a quote from the owner and waited over 18 months with little to no communication from the company. A day after I finally had another company come out to take care of my trees, he came the very next day and took care of my back neighbor's trees. Felt brushed off from the beginning and would not recommend anyone give this company your business.

Greg Camp and staff did a fantastic job trimming my 4 Bradford Pear trees out of the power lines, you can't even tell they were trimmed it looks like they grew that way. Not only was I happy with the trimming but also the clean up and fair price, highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree services.
