David answered all questions before the car was scheduled to be dropped off and kept us informed every step the way so there were no surprises. Had white paint all over the bottom passenger side frame and under the front and back of the wheel frame. Bates replaced everything with new parts and when it was finished it look great they also got her washed.We also had a very nice rental car while we waited for our car to get done they also kept in contact letting us know how everything was going. I would Definitely recommend Bates Collision. Thanks 👍🏻
