They installed my first array of 18 panels in 2017. Installation process went very well. I twice have had Enphase microverter failure but both time they were quickly replaced at no cost. This year I added 7 more panels with battery. The installation process was not as smooth this time due to loss of office manager. The panels have held up well to being covered with 5 feet of snow despite not much pitch to my roof.

Was rather impressed with this company through the whole installation process and actually through our first 6 months. When we started having issues it was really tough to contact the right person, and was even harder to get them to honor their warranty. At the end of winter 2020 we had issues with our batteries and called, so had a whole new battery bank installed and then was told “your on your own from now on” meaning they wouldn’t be coming back to help us. Even though our contract said everything was under warranty for 5 years.. Fast forward to 6/22 same issues happening with the batteries, took me a month to get an appointment and on the day they were supposed to show up they never did.

Jon saw my 35 panel project through from the beginning to the end. He was in constant communication and was always professional. He is a very very busy man and the industry is growing rapidly. I love the 7-10 months where I have no electric bill at all.

Called and spoke to Brett a little over two weeks ago. I was on the phone for well over a half an hour answering all of his question ie. Electric bills over the last year, placement of panels, tax incentives etc. He was going to get a quote together and email it to me. I never received anything from his so I called him today and he didn’t have any of the information that I had given him. He completely wasted my time. Not the way one should do business.

John gave us a proposal 6/15. During that conversation I asked if the proposal included our proposed addition of 2 EVs. Upon review, it did not. I called John 6/25 and he blamed the error on the office manager and would have him correct the proposal. I texted John on 7/6 regarding the updated proposal. He has yet to respond. When I talked to the office manager on 7/11, he was unaware of the error. Complete lack of communication by John and not the way to run a business. He can't even respond - do you think he will stand behind his work? Absolutely not.
