I took my Echo blower/vac unit in because I could not get it to start. I tried changing the spark plug, still no go. They looked at the unit and taught me that there is a safety switch the either the cover guard or vac tube closes. The guard was not fully seated, thusly the safety switch was open. They could have very easily charged me but this was an act of great customer service! This was my first time there, they have won a new customer. Thank you!

Nice, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. They had an accurate answer for every question I had. Made my purchase easy and quick. They had a good amount of spring stock and I was able to pick up my machine the day after I ordered it.

One guy is rude and arrogant, probably the manager. The younger guy is friendly and willing to help. If you don't enjoy working with the public then find a new profession. It would be a 1 star if not for the younger kid there working willing to happily help.

Great service period! I had them do some work on my used mower, the work came in "under" the estimate which was about the same as local competition. Ken was extremely helpful with mine and another customer in at the same time. No wonder they get great reviews and that's why I pivked them over the competition!
