They don’t return phone calls. Sad how many times I tried to get them to service my lawn and I get this lady and nobody ever calls me back for service. “If you don’t get a call by Tuesday Call back” they dont care about getting new customers at all.

I live at 3920 Canterbury Drive in an apt complex and the gentleman who came early morning on New Years day between 6am-7am and plowed we would like to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, WE GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU!!! He did an ABSOLUTE FABULOUS job!!! He backdraged empty parking spots, which SHOULD be done at ALL times!!! He is a man who takes GREAT PRIDE in his job and should be an EXAMPLE to the rest of your plowing employees who definitely DO NOT TAKE PRIDE in their job and only do the BARE MINIMAL!!! If you could locate this person and give him this message we would greatly appreciate that and we believe he needs to hear how GREATFUL we are!!!! He DESERVES THIS SHOUT OUT OF OUR APPRECIATION!!! THANK YOU AGAIN FOR A GREAT JOB!!!!

Drivers are reckless and aggressive they drive at least 15 over speed limit. I just saw a truck go around the curve and almost flip on phillipsville rd.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with I usually don't leave bad reviews for any company. But this one deserves the community to know the truth behind the scenes. They do not care about service. They do not care about people. Employees that actually do the work are the only thing going for this company. Very disrespectful

We signed a contract for some property cleanup in May 2019 to be completed mid June. June, July and August went by with no work done and messages by us unanswered. In September we were contacted with an apology as our contract had been "misplaced". Work promised within 2 weeks. No work and no answers to several messages as of 11/23/19. When questioning the receptionist about the unanswered messages, we get laughter! Do not recommend this company!
